Pursuant to Act 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, personal data is defined as: "Any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person that can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of a generally applicable identifier, other identifier such as name, surname, identification number, localization data (§ 57 Section 2 of Act no. 351/2011 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended) or online identifier, or on the basis of one or more characteristics or features that make up person´s physical identity, physiological identity, genetic identity, psychological identity, mental identity, economic identity, cultural identity or social identity."

Why does TOOLKAS s.r.o. have to collect and store my personal data?
In order to provide you with our product, we need to collect the personal data of the persons concerned for invoicing and correspondence. In any case, we undertake to ensure that the information we collect and use is suitable for that purpose and does not violate your privacy. For marketing contact purposes, the company will contact you for further consent to the processing of personal data if it is not a case of legitimate interest.

Will the company share my personal data with another operator?
We may share your personal data with third parties that have contract with our company during our cooperation with you. All third parties with which we may share your information are required to store it safely and use it only for the fulfillment of the service they provide to you in our name. Once intermediaries do not need your personal data to provide this service, they proceed further under the Act 18/2018 Coll. In the case that you need to provide your sensitive personal data to a third party for the provision of the service, we will do so only under the conditions we obtain your consent unless otherwise required by law.

TOOLKAS s.r.o. will process (collect, store and use) the provided personal data in a way that is in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Coll. We will endeavor to ensure that your personal data is accurate and up to date and will not be stored for longer than necessary. An operator is required to store the information in compliance with the law, such as information required for income tax and audit purposes. How long certain types of personal data should be stored may also be adapted to the specific requirements of the business sector and agreed procedures. Personal data may also be stored in addition to the specified time limits, depending on individual business needs.

Under what circumstances will TOOLKAS s.r.o. contact me?
Our aim is not to interfere with the privacy of the persons concerned and, in this regard, we undertake not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. In addition, the information you provide is subject to strict measures and procedures to minimize the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.

If the company processes and stores your personal data, you can ask for the following information: − Purpose of the processing, as well as the legal basis of the processing. − When processing is based on the legitimate interests of the organization or on the third party, information on these interests. − Categories of personal data collected, stored and processed. − Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is made available. − If the company intends to transfer personal data to the third country or to an international organization, information on how it is secured. What forms of ID will I need to prove my identity in relation to the information required?
TOOLKAS s.r.o. accepts the following forms of ID if information about your personal data is required: passport, ID card, birth certificate.
